This delivery and shipping policy, together with the Terms and Conditions, outlines the policies and procedures for the shipping and delivery of products purchased on the P & A Fashions Pvt ltd website or mobile application.
We offer shipping and delivery services across India. To ensure a seamless and reliable experience, we partner with trusted logistics service providers to deliver your order efficiently and in a timely manner. By accessing or making a purchase on the P & A Fashions Pvt ltd, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, we advise you not to use or transact on the P & A Fashions Pvt ltd.

Shipping and Delivery Terms

Logistics & Timelines: We work with third-party logistics partners (“Logistic Partners”) to deliver your orders. Standard dispatch timelines range from 2 to 3 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on your location.
  • Estimated delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout.
  • Post-dispatch, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS on the contact details provided at the time of order.
We also reserve the right to manage shipping independently without using third-party providers, if necessary

Shipping Address Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. This includes:
  • Full name
  • Shipping address with landmark
  • Valid contact details
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by you.

Failed Delivery Attempts: Our Logistic Partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If you are unavailable during all attempts, the order may be canceled and returned to us. In such cases:
  • A refund may be initiated, excluding any shipping costs borne by us.

Delays in Delivery: Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
  • Weather disruptions
  • Logistics issues
  • Strikes or public disturbances
  • Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.)
  • Technical failures or force majeure events
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you but are not liable for any delays or consequential losses.

Delivery Partner Conduct: We engage partners committed to professionalism and integrity. However, we do not assume responsibility for:
  • Behavior or actions of delivery personnel
  • Delays or errors caused by delivery executives
  • Package tampering or misdelivery
Disputes between you and delivery agents must be resolved independently. P & A Fashions Pvt ltd is not responsible for settling such matters.

Tracking Orders: Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared. You can:
  • Track it on the P & A Fashions Pvt ltd
  • Or via the Logistic Partner’s official website/app
Please note: tracking status may have slight delays due to sync or system updates beyond our control.

Shipping Fees: We currently offer free shipping across India. In the case of product returns:
  • Shipping fees (if any were charged) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified issue such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect product (as approved by our team).
Ownership and risk of goods transfer to you upon delivery of the product.

Reverse Pickup & Returns: We manage returns through our reverse logistics partners. Once a return request is raised and approved, the return pickup will be scheduled. Returns and refunds are processed as per our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
