Order Cancellation

  • Upon confirmation, the order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded within 15 business days, credited to your original payment source or as store credit for future purchases.

Returns

  • Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Eligible reasons include damaged products, incorrect items, or manufacturing defects.
  • Due to strict hygiene standards, panties and camisoles are not eligible for return. Please reach out to our support team for any size-related queries before placing your order.
  • Returned items must be in original condition with all tags, packaging, and invoice intact.
  • We offer pickup services in most serviceable locations.

Refund

  • Refunds will be initiated within 15 business days once the return is verified.
  • The refund amount will be credited to your original mode of payment.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or incorrect item.

Exchanges

  • You may request a size exchange for bras and leggings within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must meet the same return conditions (unused, unwashed, original packaging).
  • Panties and camisoles are non-exchangeable due to hygiene concerns.
  • Our team will review your request and proceed with the exchange upon approval.
